lactatingtube complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and respects the rights of content creators. If you believe your copyrighted work is appearing here without your authorization, you may submit a takedown notice through our contact form. Valid requests will be handled promptly.

How to File a DMCA Notice

Your submission must include the following information:

  1. Your contact details
    Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the work
    Identify the copyrighted content in question. If more than one work is involved, you may provide a list.
  3. Location of the infringing material
    The exact URL(s) on lactatingtube where the infringing content is found.
  4. Good faith declaration
    A statement that you believe the use of the content is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy declaration
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  6. Signature
    A typed, electronic, or physical signature will be accepted.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification through our contact form. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal on lactatingtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where lactatingtube operates) and acceptance of service from the complainant.
  5. Your signature, either electronic or physical.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, the content may be restored within 10 business days unless we are informed that the complainant has initiated legal proceedings.


Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Infringing material may also be removed without notice.

False Claims Warning

Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages and legal fees. If you are uncertain about your rights, consult with an attorney before filing.
